We have twenty-eight years of extensive experience providing accounting, tax, and other services to over 100 condominium associations. That experience covers such issues as the establishment of reserve funds, working with tax districts, borrowing money, budgeting and working with management agents.

Our services include:

• Analysis of tax return filing alternatives to minimize taxes.

• Counsel to directors and associate members in issues such as operations and appropriate replacement reserves.
• Analysis of insurance coverage adequacy.

Our managing partner, Sam Tomasetti, CPA, served on the Community Association Institute - Connecticut Chapter (CAI-CT) Board of Directors as its Treasurer from 1999-2003, and is currently Chairperson of the Publications and Marketing Committees. Mr. Tomasetti regularly shares his financial knowledge on all aspects of condominium living through his articles in CAI-CT's Common Interest Magazine and as a lecturer at their seminars.
